Clinical Results

  • Growth of Fibroblast (in vitro)

    Growth of Fibroblast (in vitro)

EMortal® Pep induced the growth of fibroblast up to 89% compared to serum - free.

    *FGF-2: Basic Fibroblast growth factor
*Cell line: Normal human Fibroblast provided kindly by Ajou Univ. in Korea

  • Efficacy in Dermal Papilla Cell (in vitro)

Efficacy in Dermal Papilla Cell (in vitro)

TGF- 1 production which involves in hair loss signal transduction declined in dermal papilla cell.
Το Emortal® Pep had little effect on cell viability, rather slightly stimulated cell's proliferation in growth factor depletion.

*Cell Line: HFDPC (Hair Follicle Dermal Papilla Cell)
*CM: complete media, SF: serum free

Clinical trial: Hair Growth Effect
